Manchester United are desperately in need of a natural left wing back and the Bayern Munich man is one of the best in that position. AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez is also considered alongside Paris Saint Germain’s Nuno Mendes. However, Alphonso could be the one, since his Bayern’s contract is coming to an end.

The Sporting Lisbon goal machine is the exact profile United are desperate for in their frontline. United lack firepower and quality in that department, with Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee very poor at finishing and also helping the team out.
Kvaratskhelia.
This could be a statement signing for Manchester United if they can get the Georgian international to sign for them. United lack quality wingers who can also operate behind the striker in a 10 role. Rashford could be on his way out of the club and Gernacho is still developing and has not yet attained the level of being reliable. So bringing in a player like Kvaratskhelia would be a bargain for the Red Devils.

Once a player wants out, like Marcus Rashford does, the situation needs to be dealt with immediately. Leaving him out of the squad and stuck on the bench kicking his heels is not the solution. No one wins from that scenario. But finding a new club for Rashford isn’t straightforward.
For starters, his form and match fitness are poor, so he’s hardly an attractive proposition to those few clubs who might be able to afford him in the first place. But it’s hard to think of a club willing to pay his £350,000-a-week wages, so United might have to bite the bullet and a fund a loan deal for Rashford, in the hope it can become permanent this summer.

United are impotent in front of goal, having scored just 21 league goals this season. But United’s ability to sign a genuine goalscorer will be compromised by their dire financial position and concerns around meeting the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
Sporting’s Viktor Gyokeres would be the obvious target, but he has a buy-out clause of £80m, while Victor Osimhen has also been mentioned. Yet Osimhen is on-loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, so Utd would have to get creative and perhaps use Rashford as a bargaining chip in any possible deal for a forward.

Amorim needs someone on the left side who is comfortable in the 3-4-3 system he has introduced. Because it’s plainly obvious Diogo Dalot is not the man to provide the quality United need at both ends of the pitch.
And to make matters worse, Luke Shaw is incapable of staying fit. Amorim could be tempted to trigger the buy-back clause in Alvaro Fernandez’s contract with Benfica.
Fernandez, who Amorim knows well, looks suited to the demands of the United manager’s tactics and would be available for a knock down fee, due to United inserting the clause when selling him to Benfica last summer.
