Guard Te-Hina Paopao was chosen 18th overall in the second round by the Atlanta Dream. A transfer from Oregon, Paopao played her final two collegiate seasons at South Carolina, where she contributed to the Gamecocks’ 2024 national championship. Known for her sharp shooting and playmaking abilities, she was named a Second-team All-American by the USBWA in 2024.

 

Forward Sania Feagin was selected 21st overall by the Los Angeles Sparks. A two-time NCAA champion with the Gamecocks, Feagin is recognized for her defensive prowess, earning a spot on the SEC All-Defensive Team in 2025. Her international experience includes being named MVP at the 2024 FIBA 3×3 U23 Women’s World Cup.

 

Guard Bree Hall was picked 20th overall by the Indiana Fever. Hall, a key contributor off the bench during her tenure at South Carolina, was part of the 2022 and 2024 national championship teams. Her high school accolades include being named Ohio Ms. Basketball and a McDonald’s All-American in 2021.

 

These selections underscore the strength of South Carolina’s women’s basketball program under head coach Dawn Staley, reflecting its consistent ability to develop players for the professional level.
