The 2025 Spring Awards have been announced, and your South Carolina Gamecocks showed out this spring with grit, leadership, and all-out effort.
Offensive MVP goes to quarterback LaNorris Sellers, whose command of the offense and playmaking ability energized the team throughout camp. Defensive MVP honors belong to linebacker Stone Blanton, a relentless force who set the tone every snap. Special Teams MVP was awarded to Kai Kroeger, whose consistency and precision made a difference in field position all spring.
Most Improved Player on offense is Nick Gargiulo, who took major strides anchoring the O-line. On defense, Jalon Kilgore earned the nod, showing growth and versatility in the secondary. The Leadership Award goes to veteran wideout Juice Wells, whose presence on and off the field uplifted the entire locker room.
Rounding it out, freshman standout Mazeo Bennett takes home the Freshman Impact Award, making waves early and looking like a future star in Garnet and Black.
From explosive plays to daily grind, this team made major strides. The future is bright in Columbia, and the best is yet to come.
