Randolph, affectionately known as “Z-Bo,” was the heart and soul of the Grizzlies during the team’s “Grit and Grind” era. Widely regarded as one of the most beloved figures in franchise history, Randolph’s No. 50 jersey was the first ever retired by the Grizzlies.
Now, in 2025, Randolph’s relationship with the city and the franchise takes on a new chapter. As a co-owner, he will work closely with the front office on community outreach, player development, and strengthening the team’s connection to Memphis and its fans.
