Bold Step: 2025 Offensive Tackle Kenneth Boston Commits to Ole Miss Over Texas.
Four-star offensive tackle Kenneth Boston has made his college decision, committing to Ole Miss over Texas and several other top programs. The 6-foot-6, 310-pound lineman from Georgia had been a priority target for multiple SEC and Big 12 schools, but after careful consideration, he has chosen to take his talents to Oxford.
Boston’s decision comes as a surprise to some, as Texas was considered a strong contender throughout his recruitment. The Longhorns had made an aggressive push, with offensive line coach Kyle Flood heavily involved in the process. However, in the end, Boston felt that Ole Miss offered the best fit for his development and future.
“The coaching staff at Ole Miss made me feel like a priority from day one,” Boston said. “Coach Lane Kiffin and his team have a great vision for the program, and I want to be part of that.”
Boston’s commitment is a huge win for the Rebels, who continue to strengthen their offensive line with top-tier talent. His combination of size, strength, and agility makes him an ideal fit for Ole Miss’s fast-paced offense. With his commitment, the Rebels now have one of the strongest offensive line classes in the 2025 cycle.
For Texas, missing out on Boston is a tough blow, but the Longhorns remain in contention for other elite offensive line prospects. Coach Steve Sarkisian and his staff will now shift focus to alternative targets as they continue to build their 2025 recruiting class.
Boston’s commitment further solidifies Ole Miss as a rising power in the SEC, proving that Kiffin and his staff can go head-to-head with top programs and win key recruiting battles.
