Despite ongoing interest from elite programs such as Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Ohio State, and Florida State, Bell remains steadfast in his decision to join Texas.

 

Bell, who committed to Texas on June 17, 2024, has no plans to visit other programs. He stated, “As of right now, I don’t have any plans to visit anyone besides the University of Texas.” This unwavering loyalty highlights the strong relationship he has built with the Texas coaching staff, particularly head coach Steve Sarkisian and quarterbacks coach AJ Milwee. Bell emphasized the importance of coaching stability, saying, “That’s always exciting for me knowing that we have stability in our coaching staff and all the offensive coaches are the same.”

 

Bell’s commitment is further solidified by his scheduled visits to Austin, including an upcoming trip next month and his official visit on June 20. His dedication to Texas is a testament to the program’s successful recruiting efforts and its appeal to top-tier talent.

During his junior season at American Heritage, he threw for 2,597 yards and 29 touchdowns, completing 70% of his passes.
