
Breaking news: Four Gamecocks Are Selected to the All-America Team.
In a powerful testament to their dominance on the court, four standout players from the South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball team have been named to the 2024–2025 All-America Team. This remarkable accomplishment underscores the team’s extraordinary season and the individual brilliance of its top athletes.
Leading the charge is senior guard Raven Johnson, who has been a cornerstone of the Gamecocks’ offense and a relentless defender. Her court vision, leadership, and clutch performances have earned her national recognition. Forward Ashlyn Watkins joins Johnson on the list after a breakout season filled with double-doubles and highlight-reel blocks that helped anchor the Gamecocks’ interior presence.
Also honored is sophomore sensation MiLaysia Fulwiley, whose explosive scoring and creative playmaking dazzled fans and opponents alike.
