
Breaking news: LSU women’s basketball continues to strengthen its roster with the commitment of several top-tier recruits for the 2025 class.
Among these standout athletes is five-star guard ZaKiyah Johnson from Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. Johnson, ranked No. 4 nationally by On3, chose LSU over Louisville and Kentucky, citing strong connections with Coach Kim Mulkey and the energetic coaching staff.
Another significant addition is five-star guard Divine Bourrage from Davenport, Iowa. Standing 6 feet tall, Bourrage is recognized as a three-level scorer with defensive prowess. She selected LSU over South Carolina and Baylor after an official visit to Baton Rouge.
The Tigers also secured commitments from guard Bella Hines of Eldorado High School in New Mexico and forward Grace Knox from Rancho Cucamonga, California. These additions bolster LSU’s lineup with versatile talent across positions.
Collectively, these commitments have propelled LSU to the top of the 2025 recruiting class rankings, surpassing programs like North Carolina and Stanford. This achievement underscores Coach Mulkey’s dedication to building a dominant program in Baton Rouge.
