Our first game in the SEC against Mississippi State, he was our starting quarterback.” Sarkisian further added, “I think he’s ready for it and I think he’s ready for the moment.”

 

Manning, who served as a backup to Quinn Ewers over the past two seasons, showcased his potential in limited appearances. In the 2024 season, he completed 67.8% of his passes, throwing for 939 yards with nine touchdowns and only two interceptions.
