Raheem Sterling Picks on Former City Players that made him to leave Manchester City
Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling has selected four of his ex-Manchester City teammates, along with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, for his all-time 5-a-side team. The 29-year-old included John Stones, Gerrard, Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva, and Sergio Aguero in his lineup. Sterling’s confidence in his team’s ability to keep possession and score goals without a goalkeeper is evident in his selection.
Sterling’s career at Manchester City has seen him play alongside some of the club’s greatest players, including Aguero, Silva, and De Bruyne. While Stones’ inclusion may come as a surprise to some, his performances for England at the European Championships have shown his defensive quality.
