With how highly he rates this City side, it seems like the Englishman is also excited about facing them on Sunday, as he revealed that he asked John Stones about his thoughts on the much-awaited encounter.

 

However, as Rice revealed, Stones was unaware of the fact that his side were even set to go head-to-head against the Gunners, with the former also claiming that the latter tends to switch off from football during his time off the pitch.

Despite Arsenal being set to face Manchester City in arguably the biggest game of the season in the Premier League, Declan Rice has not let that take away from his admiration for the opposition.

 

Sportsman spirit remains of the utmost importance and Rice has shown that by showcasing the treble-winners the adoration they deserve.

 

On the pitch, such niceties will likely be nowhere to be seen as both sides will fight tooth and nail to get the three points at the Etihad Stadium.
