🚨 Manchester United CEO Speaks on Club Culture, Transfers & Carrington Revamp 🔴

Manchester United CEO Omar Berrada has spoken publicly for the first time about the club’s long-term vision under Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s INEOS leadership. In a revealing address, Berrada emphasized the importance of “resetting the culture” at Old Trafford and restoring United’s identity on and off the pitch.

“We’re focused on building a winning environment with discipline, accountability, and ambition at its core,” he said. “This is not just about signings—it’s about how we work, how we train, how we live Manchester United every day.”

The CEO also hinted at further transfer activity, stating that while the summer window has already seen major moves, United are still exploring opportunities to strengthen the squad. “We are strategic about our investments. The goal is to build sustainably, not just spend for headlines,” he noted.

Berrada confirmed that the Carrington Training Complex will undergo a major refurbishment, with a newly upgraded facility expected to be unveiled soon. “We want to give our players and staff an elite environment—one that reflects our ambitions. Carrington is being reimagined to match the highest standards in European football.”

The comments signal a more structured and long-term approach under the new leadership. With INEOS now overseeing football operations and Berrada leading the executive team, there is a growing belief that Manchester United are finally entering a new era—focused on performance, infrastructure, and identity.

The club’s commitment to cultural transformation, smart recruitment, and world-class facilities could mark a turning point, as fans eagerly await signs of progress both on the field and behind

the scenes.
