Andre Onana Is Not Expected To Leave Man Utd This Summer

According to Daily Mail, Man Utd goalkeeper Andre Onana is not expected to leave the club this summer and that means that he might still be the number one choice for the Red Devils come next season.

This report is coming from Daily Mail Sports and it was reported by popular sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano on his verified Facebook page today being Wednesday, the 2nd day of July, 2025.

According to the report, Andre Onana who was Man Utd’s first choice goalkeeper last season will still remain at the club irrespective of any offer that comes in for him.

No serious offer has been tabled for the Cameroonian yet, and that must have been the reason why he is expected to remain between the sticks for Ruben Amorin’s men next season.

A lot of Man Utd fans were not happy with the performances of Andre Onana in the EPL last season, as many fans called for his immediate sale from the club. Manager, Ruben Amorin even made it clear that Onana might be leaving Old Trafford this summer as the Portuguese looks for other options to serve as his goalkeeper next season.

However, Daily Mail have reported that the former Ajax and Inter Milan shot stopper is expected to remain at the club next season and is not looking to leave, and I believe that this is not the news a lot of Man Utd fans would’ve wanted today.

Let’s just wait and see how things turn out from there.
