Manchester United and Adrien Rabiot, you’ve heard it all before and you’re going to hear it all again this summer.

That’s at least if the latest from Corriere Torino is to be believed, with them insisting Manchester United are ‘above all’ in showing an interest in the midfielder.

The newspaper covers how the Frenchman again finds himself with an expiring contract at Juventus and with a decision to be made.

The club’s intentions are to work out an extension to that deal and keep him at the club, but it is once again unclear whether they will be able to make that idea a reality.

Last year it was done thanks to a decisive intervention from Massimiliano Allegri, but he is likely to depart int eh summer and Rabiot is yet to decide as a result.

He’s waiting to see what the managerial situation at Juventus will look like, although he does want the matter sorting before the start of Euro 2024. So, in around a month.

He is well aware of the rumours about his future and the interest from elsewhere, with Manchester United and Bayern Munich ‘above all’ showing an interest.

The Premier League is a destination he has already fancied travelling to, but he first wants to see what happens on Juventus’ bench before making a decision.

His mother, Veronique, is in constant contact with Juventus as she acts as his agent, but it is likely channels leading elsewhere have been opened too.

One of those would likely be Manchester United, whose interest seems to emerge from the shadows every time Rabiot needs to sign a new deal.

Indeed, it’s been a never-ending soap opera over the last few years and the latest chapter could be on the cards this summer, something we’re sure Veronique will use to her advantage.
