Manchester United are heavily linked with Uruguayan international, Ronald Araujo, and the latest reports in the media are interesting.
Last week, we covered a story via Sport claiming that United are prepared to agree big fee and salary to sign the South American, who is valued at £68m by Barcelona.
As per today’s version of the Catalan media outlet (news image provided below), the Red Devils, Chelsea and Bayern Munich have tabled tempting offers to lure the defender.

However, the situation may change with the arrival of new boss, Hansi Flick.

Under Xavi, Araujo was lately criticized and put on the market to improve the financial situation of the club.
Man Utd are willing to ‘bid hard’ and even pay up to the asking fee of £68m to sign Araujo but Flick is looking to agree a new contract with the player.
The 25-year-old star has a renewal offer on his table for months but due to criticism, he has been willing to listen to proposals to leave Barcelona.
For now, Araujo is resting, but he will soon join the Uruguay national team for the upcoming Copa America.
