Another day, another story on the future of Randal Kolo Muani, who is heavily linked with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain and is wanted by Man Utd.
As per today’s story published by Corriere dello Sport, the European champions initially requested a fee worth 55 million euros for the transfer of the French striker.
News – Report – Man Utd move in to steal signing of £15million player
Now, PSG have not only offered a discount but are also prepared to loan the player out for a season before selling him next year.
However, the only loan condition that is acceptable to the Ligue 1 giants is that their should be an obligation to make the move permanent.
Juventus are the main contenders but the Bianconeri are currently stuck and therefore, Man Utd and Newcastle could take advantage to sign Kolo Muani.
CdS claim that so far, the Old Lady have tabled an offer worth 10 million euros for the loan and an option of 35 million euros to seal the signing in 2026.
PSG are eager to offload the center forward once and for all and after loaning him last season, they are not interested in an ‘option to buy’ deal and want a certain sale.
Therefore, they are willing to accept a deal worth around £44m, involving an initial fee of £8.7m (10 million euros) for the season long loan and an additional obligation of 40 million euros to make the move permanent.
Keeping in view Man Utd have had financial concerns after a season to forget and they have already spent big to lure Cunha and Mbeumo this summer, the option to sign an experienced star for only £8.7m initially should be considered.
We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds and will keep you up to date.
