Arsenal submit €30m offer to sign Leonardo
Arsenal have made a €30 million offer to Benfica for Brazilian striker Marcos Leonardo, although a decision has yet to be made. Fichajes insists Arsenal are interested in Marcos Leonardo and have made an offer worth €30 million plus Bonuses ahead of the summer. The Gunners are looking for a new attacker, and could test B enfica with such a proposal, although the Portuguese side are in no rush to accept anything that comes their way.
Harry Kane backed for Man United move
Harry Kane has been backed for a Premier League return, with the prolific striker being told “Manchester United will be his destination”, according to talkSPORT. Spurs have admitted to having a buy-back option on Kane, but West Ham coach Kevin Nolan sees the 30-year-old frontman heading to Old Trafford. He has told talKSPORT: “I can certainly see him back in the Premier League. I don’t think Tottenham would have ever have sold him to Manchester United, but for him to go to Bayern Munich, then it’s easier for him to come back from Germany and I think Man United will be his destination. I think they (Bayern) would want their money back. Of course (he is worth it). 20+ goals every season and he was playing for Tottenham during them times as well. Realistically, are Man United as good as Tottenham? But I just think he brings a different aura to them anyway, a different aura to the team as soon as he puts the shirt on for, whoever. But I probably think Man United would be the one.”

Former Everton chief Keith Wyness believes the club sensationally value Jarrad Branthwaite at up to £100 million amid interest from Real Madrid and Manchester United, according to Football Insider. Speaking on Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – labelled Branthwaite a “huge talent” at Goodison Park and insisted his price tag has rocketed as a result.
