According to a report by the Daily Telegraph, United are going to ‘target’ four new additions in this forthcoming summer’s transfer window. It is reported that a striker, a centre-back and a right-back are ‘priorities’ for the Reds with a new midfielder also a possibility. Reports over the weekend linked United with Ross Barkley of Luton Town. United are goin to have to make key changes to the landscape of the squad come the summer as this season threatens to fizzle out.

 

 

Man United ‘interested’ in Adrien Rabiot

 

According to a report by SPORT, United are ‘showing interest’ in signing Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot once again. The Frenchman was close to joining United back in 2022, only for the deal to stall because they could not reach an agreement on personal terms. It is reported that United, along with the likes of Arsenal and Bayern Munich, are once again keen on him. Rabiot is out-of-contract at Juventus at the end of this season and it is reported that Barcelona are ‘considering’ offering him a two-year deal.

 

Enrique opens up on Bayern’s interest in Marquinhos

 

 

Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique has opened up on Bayern Munich’s interest in signing their star defender Marquinhos next summer, according to GOAL. Speaking to reporters, the Spanish coach said, “History shows that few players leave PSG. Those who leave are either out of contract or the club wants to sell them. I think that’s not the case with Marquinhos. He’s a top player, crucial for us.”

 

Leeds United could re-sign Phillips from Man City

 

According to Football Insider, Leeds United could attempt to re-sign Kalvin Phillips from Manchester City in the summer if they promotion to the Premier League next season. Phillips moved to West Ham on loan in the January transfer window after failing to get enough game time under Pep Guardiola.
