But in terms of pure natural talent, Berbatov might be the best the Spurs have ever had. He didn’t have the physical skills of a Gareth Bale or the work rate of a Harry Kane, but he had the uncanny ability to play effortlessly and still fool any defence.
Berbatov was a unique footballer, he could do anything when he felt like it, but half the time he preferred to parade around the pitch and take it easy, and he absolutely loved that.
Whether or not you think he is the best to ever play for Tottenham, one thing is for sure: there will never be anyone else like Dimitar Berbatov.
